Should they, find out what the strange disturbance was, or head for the main Robotroplian complex?

"Whatever this thing is Sonic," Sandra called. "We should find out about it after we have the cure."

"Dulcy, take us down!" Called Sonic.

Dulcy performed a light dive and saw bright tracers coming up at her as the Robotroplian AA guns began to fire. She reached the floor of the great unknown and skidded to a halt grazing her talons. Apart from that she did not fall over.

("AA" Anti-Aircraft.)

("Tracers" Every fifth shot that the AA guns fires in denoted a tracer. It glows brightly producing radiation that can be easily picked up by the gun. This is so the AA gun knows were the shells are heading and can adjust itself appropriately so the shells will hit their target. An alternative would be to put a transmitter in each shell, this would however be inefficient.)

"Seven out of ten Dulce." Said Sonic.

"Fraggin 'A' Dulcy!" Added Sandra.

Antoine remained silent.

All three disembarked.

"NICOLE, show us the way!" Asked Sonic.

NICOLE projected a holographic arrow for them to follow and the party set off.

Dulcy took off again and climbed to a height above the range of the AAs.

"Hey, Ant, ya awfully quiet!"

"Water falls!" Said Antoine in a dream like state.

"Antoine, get a grip!" Said Sandra.

"Water falls are nice!" Repeated Antoine.

"What the heck did you do to him?" Asked Sonic with a note of irritation.

"I kissed him!" She said plainly.

"What!" Exclaimed Sonic.

"Yes, I know, the tough Sandra who doesn't give a damn about anything or anyone has kissed Antoine because she is in love!" Sandra took a deep breath. "Laugh if you want!"

Sonic said nothing, but gave Sandra a very funny look.

Antoine had begun to regain his composure.

"Errrm, Sandra, where do we errr go from now on, I mean what iz going to be happening." Stuttered Antoine.

"If you mean our relationship Antoine I'd very much like it we could stay together." She looked at Antoine with a sad expression. "If you want to. I know how badly you wanted Sally."

She held Antoine's hand.

"Sally," Thought Antoine. "The reason for wanting her I no longer hate." He looked at Sonic. "I would love to be with you Sandra!"

He said the last sentence with such expression and with such emotion it surprised Sonic and Sandra. Antoine then did an unexpected thing. He pulled Sandra close to him and kissed her. At that moment there was a turning point in Antoine�s life. His arrogance and his own inhibitions were gone. He was no longer a child he was an animal.

NICOLE emitted a series of bleeps,

"I am detecting more gravitational fluctuations." NICOLE stopped and then continued. "Warning incoming projectiles, 3,2,1....."

Suddenly the to the right of them in a clump of half dead trees there was an enormous explosion and a bright glow. The trees and ground were literally pushed 10 meters over from the force of the impact. All three caught the end of the shockwave. Sonic was unaffected, his body used to dealing with incredible stresses ever time he broke the sound barrier. Antoine and Sandra however were knocked back a few meters.

Even before anyone had time to react there was another blast but this one was a long way off and no-one was affected.

"He knows where we are!" Yelled Sandra. "What the heck are those things!"

Sandra heard the familiar hum of an approaching hover ship. She quickly pulled out a plasma rifle from her hip belt. Sandra set the rifle to fire one fast pulse, the standard setting for shield penetration. She cocked it, loading another cell into the gun, placed it against her shoulder and fired. The hover ship took a direct hit, the energy could be seen dispersing over the ship but the impact seemed to have done very little damage.

("Plasma Rifle" Short to medium range weapon firing contained pulses of super heated plasma.)

("Cell" Ammunition unit were plasma is contained within magnetic fields. The cell also contains power for the gun's systems.)

"What in the name of Mobius!" Cried Sandra.

The hover ship began to hover denoting it was about to fire. All three dived into the nearest bush. They crawled through the undergrowth as tracers struck around them.

"Sandra!" Called Antoine, "Highest setting!"

Sandra obeyed and set the rifle to it's highest shield penetrating level, took aim through the undergrowth and fired again. There was a hum and more super heated plasma shot out of the barrel. It hit the hovership on it's aft-hoverblade. The machine fell out of the sky and smashed onto the ground, still active but unable to fly.

"Sandra!" Breathed Sonic. "What in the world made that thing so powerful!"

Sandra pulled out NICOLE from her belt.

"NICOLE, how strong was the inertial dampener on that ship?"

( "Inertial dampener." Device used to absorb the shock of a projectile by rapid movements.)

"The ship was not using an inertia dampener Sandra, the projectile was weakened by passing through a strong gravitational field."

"What!" Interjected Sandra, "Strong enough to weaken 'ten to six' plasma?"

( "Ten to Six" Referring to plasma temperature in Celsius, ten to the power of six. 1000000c)

"Yes Sandra, all remaining energy was channeled off by the energy absorbers."

("Energy absorber" Device designed to convert extra energy into microwaves to prevent system shutdown.)

"Are there any more approaching ones?" Asked Antoine his accent diminishing fast.

"No more in the vicinity Antoine, however the other one jammed itself and I was unable to detect it."

("Jammed" Produced a field that did not allow NICOLE's gravitational sensors to detect it.)

"How strong are the grav-units on that thing?" Asked Sandra.

( "Grav-unit" Device that produces and contains anti-particles in large quantities to allow hover-ships and other such vehicles to fly.)

"50g worth of all round gravitational flux."

(1G= normal force of gravity.)

"Oh lord!" Exclaimed Sandra. "NICOLE can we access the Robotroplian mainframe from that hover ship?"

"Affirmative Sandra!" Answered NICOLE.

"Ok lets get over there!"

"There are more incoming hover-ships Sandra!"

"Noooo, problem I'll keep 'em busy!" Said Sonic.

Sonic zoomed off and all the hover-ships automatically followed him. The hover-ships fired at points infront of Sonic because it would take time for the plasma units to reach their destination. However all their calculating was in vain, Sonic was simply moving about too fast. He realized he was only a few miles from the main wall. Sonic did a tight turn in order to avoid on-coming turret fire. The hover-ships with their strange new abilities were able to move just as fast and cornered in less than a few metres. The shots were landing a lot closer to him so it was obvious the battle computers were learning fast.

Meanwhile Sandra had uplinked NICOLE to the downed hover-ship. Using the identity code contained within it's computer systems NICOLE managed to access the main Robotroplian network and found a recording of the original source code for Sally's message. NICOLE downloaded it.

"Task complete!" Sounded NICOLE. "I have also downloaded files containing information concerning these new grav units."

Sandra unplugged NICOLE and ran out of the wreckage.

Antoine was waiting outside.

There was a crackle over Sandra's intercom.

"Sandra!" Yelled Sonic his voice full of static. "Get these guys off me!"

"I can't Sonic!" Replied Sandra. "I only have a few shots left!"

"NICOLE!" Yelled Antoine. "Make all the hover-ships concentrate their shields on one point, make it on one of the other hover-ships."

"Transmitting virus Antoine..." Answered NICOLE.

"What are you doing Antoine!" Demanded Sandra.

"Just watch!" Said Antoine.

The hover-ships concentrated their shields on one of the larger ones. It's weapons were now ineffective the energy being absorbed by the field. The other hover-ships automatically moved closer so their power output was reduced. The ship that was the target could now not use it's own gravitational units because of the surrounding interference. It fell to the ground and smashed. The other hover ships flew over the wreckage. The gravitational field surrounding the downed vessel was now so strong that the other ships were drawn into it and were either destroyed or suffered incredible damage. The now reduced field worked like a catapult throwing parts of hover-ships hundreds of metres into the air.

Sandra was impressed.

"Antoine!" She called ecstatically, "You FOX!"

There was a deafening boom as Sonic came to a halt beside them.

"Attention!" NICOLE stated. "Reinforcements are arriving, shall I contact Dulcy?"

"Yes NICOLE!" Said Sonic. NICOLE complied and communicated with Dulcy's headset.

"Sandra!" Began Sonic. "How did ya ditch all o' those ships?"

"I didn't Sonic!" Replied Sandra. "Antoine did!"

"You!" Sonic mused. "Well I had a gut feeling that you would come in useful. That's why I let you tag along."

"Sonic!" Snapped Sandra. "Antoine just saved your life, show a little appreciation!"

"Sorry Antoine!" Apologized Sonic. "And, I'm kinda like... ya know all those years I kept telling you to get a life?"

"Yeah!" Replied Antoine.

"I'm ss,o,rrr,y!� Sonic took a deep breath recovering from the effort.

Antoine hugged Sonic who cringed immensely. Antoine then kissed him on both cheeks in French fashion. Sonic pushed Antoine off and stepped back a few metres.

"WHAT THE HECK'YA DOIN'!" Demanded Sonic.

"Getting my revenge!" Replied Antoine.

A moment later much to Sonic's relief Dulcy landed. She skidded to a halt grazing her talons yet again.

"Guys!" Said Dulcy. "There's a lot of metal heading towards you. We had best get moving."

("Metal heading towards you" Idiom meaning "Robotnick�s forces are closing.")

All three scrambled into Dulcy's pouches. Sandra and Antoine yet again shared one. Much to the enjoyment of both.

Dulcy spread out her wings and took off. Yet again tracers flew up at her. Dulcy avoided them and they sped back to Knothole.

Bookshire pace up and down in his hut nervously. Sally's condition had been steadily getting worse and worse. Her brain was now almost totally inactive. In the corner Bunnie was comforting a crying tails.

Suddenly the door burst open and Rotor rushed in.

"Their back!" He yelled.

Dulcy landed in the center on Knothole, she grazed her talons yet again.

"Damn it!" Began Dulcy, suddenly she was over come with frustration. "Every time I try to (Expletive Deleted) land I (Expletive Deleted) screw up! Why the (Expletive Deleted) can't I (Expletive Deleted) land like any other normal (Expletive Deleted) dragon!"

Everybody around the landing area stared hard at her. Small children repeated Dulcy's words gleefully and were nudged by their parents.

"Oh, what the (Expletive Deleted) have I done!" Cried Dulcy. "Forgive me please! All I ever wanted was one decent landing!" Dulcy began to cry.

Rotor ran up and cradled her head.

"Easy there Dulce," He began. "You've saved Sally's life ya know!"

Dulcy remembered then and felt better.

Meanwhile Antoine, Sonic and Sandra had all dashed into Bookshire's hut.

"Here it is!" Sandra tossed NICOLE to Bookshire.

"NICOLE!" Shouted Bookshire. "Transmit cure, now!"

NICOLE produced an array of beeps and whoops and projected them into Sally's ears.

"Neural activity is increasing!" Began NICOLE.

Sally opened her eyes and looked upwards. Antoine held his hand over Sally's face.

"How many fingers am holding up?"

"Three and a half!" Answered Sally sleepily.

"I think she'll be OK!" Stated Antoine. He helped Sally out of bed.

Sally looked around and saw a big blue blurry shape and recognized it a moment later as being Sonic.

"Sonic!" She Yelled and ran up and embraced him, tears streaming down her face.

"It's OK Sal..!" Sonic began, but he felt himself sniffing and broke down a moment later.

Seeing Sally and Sonic hugging each other closely and crying their eyes out was more than Bunnie could take and she started to cry too. Tails began to get confused and started to cry as well. Sandra burst out laughing and laughed so much that she began to cry. Antoine did not cry but was just as confused as tails. Bunnie went over and hugged Sally and then Sonic.

Eventually after everyone had calmed down, Sonic was the first to speak.

"Nobody here saw me cry!" He said.

"I did Sonic!" Said Sally. "It was very sweet."

"Uhhhh, thanks, I think!" Replied Sonic who was now as red as rose.

Antoine went up to Sonic and whispered something in his ear. Sonic nodded.

"Where's Rotor?" They asked.

"What a great idea!" Said Rotor after hearing Antoine and Sonic's proposition.

Antoine had remembered the strange conversation that Sonic and Dulcy had had about getting Bunnie some new parts. Sandra insisted she wanted to help.

"How long do you think it will be before you can make them?" Asked Sandra.

"Well, I need a magnetically based servo system and then I need to thread the surface with a sensor matrix. It's a good thing I have the specs for Bunnie's normal parts. Should be only a few hours."

"She is going to be surprised!" Stated Antoine, gleefully.

"She is going to be even more surprised when we throw her into a lake naked!" That was Dulcy's contribution, she had just stuck her neck though the window.

"Dulcy!" Began Sonic. "Let's forget about the lake bit, we were both out of it when we talked about that!"

"OK!" Replied Dulcy, rather sullenly.

"Sandra," Antoine got her attention. "You know, nobody except Sonic and Dulcy know of our little involvement!"

"Uh huh." Replied Sandra.

"Do you not think that we should find an interesting way to tell everyone!" Pondered Antoine.

"Tell everyone what?" Asked Rotor.

"I get you Anty!" Replied Sandra. "Follow me."

Antoine and Sandra dashed off outside and into Antoine's hut.

"What was that about?" Asked Rotor.

"Hmmmm." Thought Sonic. "Let's say that riding on a dragon in the same pouch can be considered Romantic!"

Rotor shrugged and began to work on Bunnie's new limbs.

"Well, we could just go outside and start kissing!" Suggested Sandra. "Everybody would be bound to gather round then."

"Naaa." Began Antoine." Too obvious."

Both were sitting on a sofa, Sandra was pushing her muzzle into Antoine's neck in an act of affection.

"How about......" Antoine thought hard. He suddenly leapt up.

"What?!" Asked Sandra.

Antoine began to explain, as he did Sandra's smile grew wider and wider.

"It's perfect Antoine!" She cooed, stroking his neck.

"Yes, and rumors will do the rest of the work for us!"

At mid-day Sandra went into the dining hall where most of the residents ate. She sat in the corner making sure she was next to a table of males. A bonus to their plan was the fact one of the males had been flirting with Sandra for some time, like right now. Sandra never liked the male skunk much, he was never very nice to Antoine which was now a big factor. He waved at her again and Sandra returned a half interested glance.

The Skunk said something to one of his friends and left his table and sat down across from Sandra.

"High there gorgeous!" He said and looked her over making sure his gaze rested on certain areas for a few seconds.

"Get lost!" Said Sandra.

"But Sandra!" Began the skunk. "Your so beautiful, you are the most diving creature in all of Knothole, possibly the world."

Sandra heard giggling from his friends on the other table. What a lame attempt!

Sandra gave out a whistle of annoyance, but it was really a cue for Antoine.

Antoine heard it and began his long treck across the room. He noticed the Skunk who's name was Ben, immediately. This is going to be better than I thought, he said to himself.

"Ohh, look who's coming!" Ben said and glanced over at Antoine.

"Well at least you aren't as much of a pratt as him!" Sandra lied.

"Glad you think so!" Replied the Skunk.

Antoine walked right up to Sandra.

"So nice to see you anthill!" Said Ben.

His friends on the other table laughed.

"Sandra!" Said Antoine.

"What!" Replied Sandra, sounding uninterested.

"You have a nice tail!" He said.

"OHHH!" Began Sandra. "Antoine that was amazing, you said it with such felling, such emotion."

She stood up and embraced him kissing him passionately and hard.

Ben was speechless.

The couple walked out hand in hand, secure in the knowledge that Ben would tell everybody in the village.

Later Antoine and Sandra were found together in the workshop waiting in anticipation as Rotor did the final touches on Bunnie's new cybernetic attachments. The plasma welder he was holding produced a beautiful glow that lit the whole room.

("Plasma welder." Device that uses high speed super heated particles to instantly bond together substances.) "They look so real!" Antoine complemented.

"Yeah, almost too real, looks like you are some kinda mad scientist!" Joked Sandra.

"I am!" Replied Rotor. "There we go, all done."

"Are you sure Bunnie will be able to link up with these?" Asked Antoine.

"Should do, I have all the correct nerve impulses logged."

"Exactly how much more sensation will it allow her to feel?" Asked Antoine.

Rotor suddenly noticed something.

"Antoine, what the heck has happened to your accent."

"I lost it, along with all of my old morals." Replied Antoine.

"Wow!" Replied Rotor. "Well anyway, It well allow her to feel a lot more than pressure, which is about all she can feel with those other limbs. She will be able to feel heat, cold and even small amounts of pain."

"Pain!" Exclaimed Sandra.

"She has to know if she is being damaged." Replied Rotor.

"I suppose so," Said Antoine. "Will she float?"

Bookshire gave Antoine a weird look.

"She won't float like a balloon but she will be able to swim."

At that moment, Sonic walked into the room, he had obviously been giggling.

"Antoine, Sandra." He began. "Now I know what you were talking about! There are some pretty funny rumors going around."

"Like!" Asked Antoine.

"Apparently, about twenty males tried to hit on Sandra. Then you went up and started a conversation about whales! She then kissed you."

"I complemented her tail!" Laughed Antoine. "She's not that fat!"

"Hey!" Sandra turned to face him. "C'mon I have had enough of your insults, let's tussle!"

Sandra went into a crouching position.

"I'll wrestle you later!" There was a gleam in Antoine's eye.

"I see!" Replied Sandra. She uncrouched.

"Shall I go and get Bunnie?" Asked Antoine.

"Certainly." Answered Rotor.

"Hey Antoine!" Began Sonic. "What the heck happened to your accent?!"

"Ask Rotor!"

"So what is this surprise sugah-fox?" Bunnie asked Antoine.

"It would not be a surprise if I told you!"

"What happened to ya accent?"

"Ask Rotor!"

"Whats dis I here about you calling Sandra a whale and she kissing you?!"

"I complemented her TAIL!" Cried Antoine.

"Well, that's rumors for ya."

"True." He said.

Antoine led Bunnie into the workshop. She stopped and looked around, there was nothing unusual to see.

"Hi, Bunnie!" Said Rotor. "I am going to give you some instructions and I want you to listen very carefully, lie down on the workbench and close your eyes, whatever you do don't opened them or move, no matter what you may hear!"

"Ah donn like dis!" began Bunnie.

But she lay down on the work bench her metallic parts making a load bang. Rotor touched each limb and deactivated it. Bunnie hummed to herself. Rotor then, with the help of Antoine, Sandra and Sonic, removed the limbs and clipped the new ones into the sockets. He pressed a control to activated them.

Bunnie's eyes shot open and she lept off the bench and onto the floor. She accidentally stepped on a scrap piece of mettle.

"Owwwww!" She yelled. "What the who-ha!" She looked down at her now perfect body. It was impossible to tell that three of her limbs were cybernetic.

"Rotor I......" Bunnie was speechless and just hugged him.

"Wow!" Bunnie finally calmed down and ceased hugging Rotor. "Guys, how can I ever thank you!"

"Show everyone!" Replied Antoine.

Meanwhile in Sally's hut, Bookshire and Sally were viewing some of the information that NICOLE had taken from the hover-ship.

"Fascinating!" Whispered Sally. "With this type of technology, why, we could easily compete with Robotnick."

"Fight fire with fire." Added Bookshire. "He made it to easy to get a hold of."

"He underestimates us, and that is his weakness." Stated Sally, truthfully.

Bookshire was about to say something else when Bunnie stepped through the door.

"Acckkkk!" He managed to get out.

"What was that Bookshire?" Said Sally, who was totally engrossed in watching NICOLE.

Bookshire continued to stare at Bunnie who looked more beautiful than ever.

"Sallllly," Bookshire voice was low, raspy and full of shock, Sally could barely hear him. "Looook, Bunnnnieee errrrr aaa mirrrracclle!"

Sally turned around and fainted.

"Oh dear!" Said Bunnie. "Is this supposed to happen Bookshire?"

Bookshire was almost completely out of it and did not reply.

Antoine stepped up to him.

"BOOKSHIRE!" He yelled.

"Umm," Replied Bookshire.

"BOOKSHIRE!" He yelled again.

"Errrrrmmm!" Replied Bookshire.

"BOOKSHIRE!" He yelled again.

"Huh, oh yes urrrm, she is still recovering from the errrr message's effects." He turned to Bunnie. "How?"

"It's not what you think." She began. "I'm not de-roboticized, Rotor made ma some new limbs, ones dat look real."

"Wow!" Began Bookshire, "Rotor you have excelled yourself!"

"Couldn't a done it without Miss Nightweaver!" Rotor Blushed.

"Maybe not 'Miss' for much longer!" She whispered to Antoine.

"Whoooa!" Bookshire finally calmed down. "Antoine, Sandra, there is this rumor going around, that you called Sandra a whale and she hit you. At first I thought it was stupid but everybody has been talking about it!"

Antoine and Sandra looked at each other.

"What the heck has Ben been spreading!" Wondered Antoine.

"Ahhhh, so it is stupid!"

"What actually happened was we kissed!" Stated Sandra.

"What!" Exclaimed Bookshire. "You finally got a girlfriend Ant!"

"Affirmative!" Said Antoine.

"What the heck happened to you accent?"

"ASK ROTOR!" Snapped Antoine.

Bookshire became quiet.

Sally moaned, she came too and opened her eyes.

"Welcome back Sally!" Said Antoine leaning over where she lay.

"Antoine!" She said sleepily, "What happened to your accent!"

Antoine groaned and said those immortal words.

"Ask Rotor!"

Sally suddenly sat up and saw Bunnie again.

"How?" She asked.

Bunnie explained to Sally about how she had obtained her new limbs.

"Are you going to wear them when we go on raids?" Asked Sally.

"No Sally-girl." Answered Bunnie, "They ain't for combat. Just for looks!"

"You look absolutely stunning." Stated Sally truthfully. "Hey Bunnie, hug me!"

Bunnie went over and hugged Sally, this time there was not metal to get in the way and Bunnie felt the full warmth and shape of Sally's body caressing her. They stopped hugging and stood apart.

"Wow!" They both said.

"The implications, " Began Sally, "Of this technology are enormous. Uncle Chuck could have a new body, Antoine could have a cybernetic tail implanted!"

"My very own Tail!" Antoine said to himself, looking up at the ceiling.

At that moment Tails rushed into the room.

"Antoine!" Said Tails, "There's a skunk outside who wants to speak ta ya."

"Give me a B give me and E give me an N!" Said Sandra.

"Well," Started Antoine, "better see what he wants."

Antoine stepped outside and sure enough Ben was waiting there for him.

"Hello Benjamin!" Said Antoine.

Benjamin�s tail was hanging on the ground denoting no aggression and feelings of guilt.

"Hey, I heard how you iced all of those Hover-ships." Benjamin began, he spoke with a accent similar to that of Bunnie. "I'm sorry I ever insulted you, your way past!"

"You are forgiven, put it there!" Antoine held out his hand for Ben to shake.

They shook hands. Ben departed and Antoine watched him walk off.

"Ohhh, by the way." Added Ben. "Enjoy Sandra!"

"Wait a minute!" Antoine ran up to him.

"What?" Asked Ben.

"Who spread the rumors about whales!?"

"Oh, that!" Ben shifted his stance nervously and his tail arched over. "Tails misheard and told all his friends , things then began to get a bit out of hand!"

"Exactly what did he miss-hear."

"Well, I said 'He just complemented her tail and she kissed him.' " He continued. "Tails must have heard, 'He just called her a whale and she hit him!' "

"I see!" Pondered Antoine. "Anyway, how did you find out about the hover-ship thing?"

"Sonic did a little bit of his own rumor spreading!" Answered the skunk.

"Sonic, of all Animals!"

"You have got it going for you now Antoine!" Answered Ben there was a hint of sadness in his voice.

"What's wrong?" Asked Antoine.

"I've always kinda liked Sandra but, I really wanted to get to know Bunnie better."

Antoine grabbed the skunk by the hand and dragged him into the hut he had just come out of.

"Bunnie!" He called. "There is someone who wants to speak with you."

Ben's expression became one of amazement when he saw Bunnie and her new parts.

"C'mon!" Said Antoine. "Everybody out."

All the other freedom fighters obeyed and walked out leaving Bunnie and Ben alone. They stared at each other with a mixture of fascination, lust and nervousness. Quite clearly they were going to be inseparable.

Antoine sat on a log next to Sandra. They held hands and looked up at the sky.

"What exactly am I supposed to be looking for?" Asked Antoine.

"Just wait!" She replied.

All of a sudden they heard a distant sonic boom coming from the direction of a nearby mountain.

"What's Sonic doing over there?" Asked Antoine.

Suddenly an image was projected onto a nearby cloud.

It read "Happy Birthday Antoine!".

"I forgot!" Exclaimed Antoine. "My own Birthday! That hedgehog!"

Suddenly Antoine's train of thought was broken by the sound of two splashes and two piercing screams.

"Oh, no!" They both said. "Dulcy!"

They ran up to the ring pool and saw Dulcy laughing her head off and Ben pulling Bunnie to the shore. When they both climbed out they were soaked.

"Dulcy!" Called Antoine. "I thought we had agreed that you were out of it when you talked about throwing Bunnie in!"

"Yes(giggle) but it(giggle) was (giggle) funny!" Laughed Dulcy. "Now I wonder if Sally will float?"

 "We're gonna find out about the disturbance!" Shouted Sandra. "Dulcy take us down."

Dulcy complied and dived out of the clouds. As she did glowing tracers came up at her as the AA guns started to fire.

Dulcy began to head towards the area where they had detected the disturbance. However as she got closer some kind of glowing object was seen to be flying up at her, it struck Dulcy head on and her passengers were thrown from her pouches.
